About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team as we extend our
proven life and annuities capabilities into the group insurance market, directly
shaping how insurers manage worksite benefits and group coverage.

As a Business Configuration Analyst, you will be hands-on with FAST platform
configuration, working closely with a strong Product Owner to build out new
business processes, policy administration workflows, and distribution management
capabilities specifically designed for worksite products. You'll serve as both a
technical implementer and a business process expert, translating group insurance
requirements into configured solutions while gathering insights that drive our
product evolution.
