The Business Change Manager will be responsible for working with management to identify and implement various projects, programs and plans that support achievement of the related business unit and enterprise goals. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for executive and senior leadership team in line with objectives and company goals
  • Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership meetings, maintaining consistency with corporate messaging
  • Continuously refine strategies based on feedback and business needs for effectiveness
  • Craft executive-level content for speeches, presentations, memos, reports, and emails, ensuring consistency with company messaging
  • Collaborate with executives to tailor content for diverse audiences and manage content calendars for on-time delivery
  • Coordinate internal communication to keep employees informed about initiatives and updates
  • Implement tools for effective information sharing and analyze communication effectiveness for data-driven improvements
  • Support executive interactions with stakeholders through preparation of briefing materials and maintaining open communication for collaboration
  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years process or project related experience
  • Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Experience in successfully developing and managing projects
  • Strong knowledge of process redesign, process engineering
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, specifically with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Proficient in Tableau
  • Extensive experience with Government Business
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification, preferred
