We provide services related to water resources, reservoirs and dams, water supply, wastewater networks and treatment, flood mitigation and river basin management. We are looking for a talented Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) in the Minneapolis area who wants to be part of a purpose-driven organization that is focused on helping our clients, colleagues and communities thrive. This leadership position will be an integral part of our North Central Water leadership team supporting a 200-person team and represents a $50+million-dollar business. Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader (RGL), you are the "seller/doer" responsible for leading the pursuit and delivery of excellent work to our clients. Accountable for the top line, you lead the growth of the Business and Stantec's market position by leveraging their technical skills, industry and market knowledge, and client and partner relationships to purse and win work that transforms our business and inspires our people. BCPLs work closely with account managers, business developers, Sector Leaders (SLs) and project managers to identify and manage our key accounts, pursue opportunities, and solicit feedback from clients on our performance. You partner with the BC Operations Leader (BCOL) and the broader leadership team to lead and manage, inspire and engage, win and do work - building a culturally strong and high performing business.
