About The Position
The Business Banking Team Leader is responsible for the sales leadership of a team of business bankers. Business Relationship Bankers focus on building, retaining, and deepening relationships with small business customers. These customers typically have annual revenues of $5 million or less. The Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring the team meets performance goals, provides exceptional client service, and upholds the bank's standards in compliance and ethics.
