About The Position
Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, with additional offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City. Our team consists of entrepreneurs and technologists with decades of experience in navigating banking and payments regulations, blending regulatory and technological expertise to help our fintech partners scale their operations with compliance and creativity. As a Community Bank, we provide personalized banking services to support businesses, individuals, and charitable organizations in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, both in branch and online. We are committed to fostering strong relationships and supporting local economic growth. We are looking for a Business Banking Specialist to join our Deposit team! Business Banking Specialists provide service and support to commercial clients in an independent and creative environment, primarily responsible for enrollment in business online banking and the cash management products suite.
