Business Banking Representative
About The Position

In this role, you will support business members throughout and after their onboarding experience, ensure seamless account management, and serve as a trusted resource for colleagues across the department. This hybrid position works onsite at our Northgate headquarters 1–2 days per week. This role has a regular schedule, Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial institution experience in a sales and service role including application processing.
- A commitment to accuracy, teamwork, operational excellence, and superior member service.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Symitar core system is desirable.
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional member support
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Business Services Inbox, routing items as appropriate.
- Assist members and internal partners with account maintenance, including data entry, paperwork, documentation, and account research.
- Provide backup support across the Business Services team to help meet department service levels.
- Take ownership of complex situations and collaborate with Sales and Management to drive timely, compliant resolutions.
- Support critical business banking processes
- Process domestic and international wire transfers with accuracy and strong attention to deadlines.
- Coordinate Wire Transfer Agreements and partner with internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
- Order business debit and credit cards, support members with transactions, declines, disputes, and fraud issues.
- Assist in processing fraud inquiries including ACH, check, data breach, business email compromise, and account takeover.
- Partner with Treasury Management
- Develop working knowledge of Treasury Management functions to provide backup support.
- Assist with posting transactions, ordering check scanners, setting up new services, and troubleshooting existing ones.
Benefits
- Base salary range: $24.96–$34.95 per hour. Most candidates can expect a starting offer between $28.45 and $30.95 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
