About The Position

The Business Banking Relationship Manager (BBRM) is responsible for managing, deepening, and growing an assigned portfolio of business members while actively originating new business relationships across targeted segments. This role balances portfolio management, consultative sales, and new client acquisition, with clear accountability for deposit growth, loan growth, relationship profitability, and member experience. The BBRM serves as a trusted financial partner to business owners—understanding their operating needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and expanding relationships across deposits, lending, treasury management, and other credit union services.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in business banking, commercial banking, or relationship management
  • Proven success managing an existing book of business while generating new relationships
