About The Position

Business Banking Relationship Manager – Columbus, OH A growing regional bank is hiring a Business Banking Relationship Manager to drive small–mid-sized business growth in the Columbus market. This is a true hunting role. What You'll Do Develop new business relationships with companies typically under $10MM in revenue Generate deposit growth, treasury/fee income, and loan production (typically $1–3MM credit needs) Own the full relationship — prospecting, structuring, and closing Partner with credit and treasury teams to deliver disciplined, profitable growth What Were Looking For 3+ years of business banking / commercial lending experience (Open to strong emerging producers with the right drive and business acumen) Proven ability to generate new relationships Comfort discussing credit structure and basic financials Motivated by incentive-based compensation Compensation Base: $120K–$135K (depending on experience/level) Meaningful incentive upside tied directly to performance Strong earning potential for top producers If you're competitive, relationship-driven, and want to be paid for performance — please apply.
