RMSP: Relationship Manager Sales Training Program is a six-month hybrid program that consists of 2-3 weekly virtual sessions and travel (25%) throughout the footprint once/month, for one week at a time. The program features a comprehensive curriculum covering essential topics and skills related to the Business Banking Relationship Manager role. The training is designed to ensure that participants learn commercial-specific job knowledge thoroughly and efficiently, preparing them to reach their goals quickly.
