This is a hybrid career opportunity covering the Washington D.C. and surrounding markets. Requires flexibility for frequent travel within assigned markets as needed. Additional in-market office locations may be an option depending on space availability. A Business Banking Relationship Manager II plays a pivotal role in contributing to the profitability and growth of the Business Banking segment while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Coordinate loan, deposit and fee income products and services that meet the needs of the customer. Collaborate closely with the Financial Center teams and Fulton partners to ensure seamless integration of services to both current and prospective clients. Seek opportunities to network and develop key centers of influence. Identify and successfully capitalize on cross-sell opportunities with bank partners. Achieve and surpass established sales goals with risk tolerance levels. Assumes responsibility for relatively complex activity and portfolio for Business Banking clients.
