Business Banking Relationship Analysts partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis.
  • Manage credit quality within the team's credit portfolio.
  • Provide guidance to customers.
  • Identify and successfully capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage credit risk.
  • Respond to prospect or customer credit questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of Business Banking experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
  • Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
  • Demonstrated understanding of advanced financial accounting and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
