Position Purpose Business Banking Officers are responsible for providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses within our footprint, focusing on acquiring new business relationships for their assigned branches. They also deepen and retain existing relationships, actively pursue new business opportunities, and grow the profitability of our small business program. Results consist of acquiring, expanding, and retaining business relationships with a focus on deposit, treasury, and business lending growth. This is primarily an outside sales role, requiring active engagement with the local business community.
