The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $80,825.00 to $129,322.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Deposit Sales and cross selling treasury, digital and commercial banking products
  • Bank Platform System
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to senior level business clientèle
  • Strong sales and customer service skills are critical
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Business Entity types
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task with competing customer deadlines

Responsibilities

  • The Business Banking Deposit Officer BBDO is responsible for developing managing and growing a portfolio of business clients with a focus on deposit acquisition, treasury management sales, relationship retention and growing a portfolio of business clients, driving overall relationship profitability.
  • This role requires a proactive, client-first approach, combining strong sales discipline with exceptional services delivery to deepen relationships, generating new business and driving revenue growth.
  • The BBDO will have team sales goals and will be responsible for complementary sales production to assist Business Banking Relationship Managers to source new deposits and treasury cross-sell opportunities.
  • The BBDO will be responsible for treasury management implementation and overall servicing of Business Banking deposit clients with the goal of retaining and expanding client relationships.
  • The BBDO will develop full banking relationships via delivery of the highest level of client service and effective execution of the FIRST model.
  • Actively participates as a leader in community organizations and drives CRA activities by hosting seminars, webinars and other community outreach efforts that align with the bank's CRA goals.
  • The BBDO will support its BBRM colleagues for optimal performance in sales while complying with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted for the position.
