The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $95,191.00 to $156,479.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills. We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Tysons Corner, VA office four days per week. The Business Banking CRA RM – Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) and Microbusiness Segment is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with small businesses located in LMI communities and businesses with annual revenues of less than $1 million. This role serves as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and small business owners by delivering access and business support while advancing the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives. The Relationship Manager proactively sources new business opportunities, partners with community organizations, and provides hands-on guidance to help small businesses' finance needs. Through contact with government officials and community leaders in the bank's CRA assessment area, this position will identify credit and service needs within the community and work to develop programs and set goals to meet such needs within the context of the bank's business model. Participates in examinations and communications with the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB), with respect to the Bank's compliance with consumer laws and regulations.
