You'll play a pivotal role in managing and deepening client relationships, driving growth and profitability, and uncovering new opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. What You’ll Do Sales and Service Excellence: Lead sales initiatives to achieve deposit and loan growth targets, providing exceptional customer services and support through the process Field Engagement: Deliver a branded customer experience by being in the field at least 80% of the time Opportunity Identification: Identify and refer specialized small business opportunities and solutions to clients, conducting relationship reviews Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions Relationship Building: Foster relationships with key partners such as Branch, Small Business Group, Merchant, Treasury, and other internal partners to increase small business opportunities Credit Advisory: Leverage your knowledge of credit to advise small business owners on solutions services, and digital capabilities that help them achieve their business goals Coaching and Development: Coach, develop, guide, and provide feedback to associates and customers while embodying a service culture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales with a focus on small business clients
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and understand customers needs, delivering tailored financial solutions
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess and support the unique needs of small business clients
  • Excellent verbal and written, communication skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and developing new business opportunities
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
