About The Position

The Business Associate Manager supports FCCU's mission by leading a team that delivers high‑quality administrative and servicing support to Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers. This role ensures loan files are accurate, compliant, and efficiently processed from origination through closing. The Manager provides daily leadership, coaching, and development to Business Associates, promotes consistent processes across markets, and serves as a knowledgeable resource in business deposit products, Treasury Management services, and business lending. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, organized, and skilled in building team engagement while supporting exceptional service to FCCU's business and ag members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to motivate teams and lead change.
  • Ability to communication, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Business Associate team to ensure consistent, high‑quality loan servicing and strong team engagement.
  • Oversee loan documentation and portfolio servicing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FCCU policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers to support production needs and deliver an exceptional member experience.
  • Monitor team performance using dashboards, reports, and metrics to identify strengths, gaps, and training needs.
  • Serve as a resource on business deposit products, Treasury Management services, and loan servicing requirements across all markets.
  • Maintain accurate member and loan servicing records, ensure operational consistency across branches, and support adherence to internal policies and security procedures.
