About The Position

The Business Assistant will provide general administrative support to the management team assisting with day-to-day tasks and data entry. Part time role, approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
  • Experience using accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive and prepare daily cash/check deposits
  • Prepare and maintain cash banks for daily operation
  • Maintain cash controls and safe logs
  • Balance cash drawers and make bank deposits
  • Update software with actual cash received daily
  • Sending out invoices and tracking accounts receivable
  • Submitting accounts payable to the corporate accounting team
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
