About The Position

The Business Assistant will provide general administrative support to the management team assisting with day-to-day tasks and data entry. 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day, 5 days a week. Must be a self starter who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision. Must be fluent with using a computer and software programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
  • Experience using accounting software

Responsibilities

  • Receive and prepare daily cash/check deposits
  • Prepare and maintain cash banks for daily operation
  • Maintain cash controls and safe logs
  • Balance cash drawers and make bank deposits
  • Update Deposit Tracker with actual cash received daily
  • Manage task list for Finance Intern
  • Aiding the General Manager in being proactive in and continuing to keep our accounting processes and procedures compliant with both our client and our management company
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
