Requirements

  • 1+ year of Logistics Industry Experience Required
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly accessible and responsive during working hours
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in the office full-time
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on straightforward tasks
  • Comfort with administrative and repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn company processes
  • Experience with logistics or inventory management required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate routine tasks with warehouse teams
  • Request and follow up on inventory checkups
  • Review invoices and assist with basic billing tasks
  • Prepare simple reports and update internal tracking systems
  • Organize files, documents, and communication for operational efficiency
  • Support the business owner with additional administrative tasks as needed
