About The Position

As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and designing the processes and systems that drive organizational success. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the current state of the business, identify customer requirements, and define a future state that aligns with strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of business models with technology, leveraging your expertise to bridge the gap between legacy interfaces and forward-looking systems. This role requires you to synthesize complex information, research industry best practices, and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with tools and systems such as D035J/FIABS, SMAS, and other FMO systems.
• Strong understanding of legacy interfaces and their modernization.
• Ability to lead discussions and communicate effectively.
• Experience in analyzing organizations and designing their processes and systems.
• Ability to assess the business model and its integration with technology.
• Experience in assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining future state solutions.
• Experience in researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
