About The Position
The Business Architect Advisor plays a pivotal role in consulting and guiding the identification of business value through the holistic conceptualization and refinement of business strategy, analysis, planning, and design of both manual and automated solutions. This position is essential for providing services to multiple internal stakeholders and external customers, enabling business agility through various functions such as capability identification, impact and gap analysis, information synthesis, and current and future state modeling. The advisor is responsible for progressive elaboration of business strategies and processes, ensuring that the organization can adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. In this role, the Business Architect Advisor advises on the development of objectives, analyzes options to address value gaps, and reviews recommendations for changes to current business capabilities. This position is crucial for translating business strategy into transformed business processes and operational tools that enhance global effectiveness. The advisor collaborates closely with business and technical architects at all levels to align on common goals and solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders are working towards a unified vision. Additionally, mentoring junior business architects is a key responsibility, fostering growth and development within the team. The Business Architect Advisor is expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization by leveraging their expertise in business architecture and strategy.
