The Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of enterprise business applications, including but not limited to ERP, SharePoint. This role ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of key applications by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting end users across multiple business units. The specialist works closely with business users, IT developers, and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of supported applications. This position also requires availability for occasional after-hours or weekend support to address high-priority incidents, maintenance activities, or planned system upgrades.
