Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related STEM field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience developing and maintaining complex database solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA bots.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI and DAX, Tableau, IBM AS400, SAP, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric.
• Convenience store industry knowledge or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain databases and dashboards using Microsoft's Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, SQL Server.
• Design and develop Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Create and maintain RPA bots for repetitive tasks and process improvements.
• Develop and deploy user-friendly PowerApps with tailored user interfaces.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and external data warehouses and third-party platforms.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize database performance and forecast resource needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Set standards for definition, security, and integrity of database objects.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage the adoption of database administration tools and processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration into SQL Server databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure timely data integration.
• Document ETL processes and ensure data quality standards are met.
• Work closely with Business Intelligence, IT, and operational teams to identify opportunities for automation.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for Power Platform applications.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
