The Business Applications Analyst fulfills a critical role in overseeing the integration, maintenance, and user adoption of technology applications within our company. Responsible for managing applications and platforms such as CRM, ERP, WMS, BI tools, order automation, cloud apps, mobile apps, and similar applications commonly utilized by distributors. Expertise with applications integration, ETLs and middleware such as Iguana, Kore, or Apache, for data transport in/out of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Product Data Warehouse, PIM applications and CRM, marketing and BI platforms. Technical expertise, project management skills, and a collaborative approach with business stakeholders is instrumental in driving system efficiency and proficiency for internal and external end users.
