Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field at an accredited institution in the United States.
  • Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
  • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience with our production setup and assist in resolving simple issues.
  • Develop skills in BI report creation and support dataflow/report development needs.
  • Create or update business process flows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with SAP and other enterprise applications used across functions to understand and support business operations.
  • Build a foundational understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture business requirements, and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, or other BI platforms to extract, analyze, and interpret data that supports business decision-making and reporting.
