About The Position

Provide software application support and troubleshooting to users and work closely with IT professionals to deliver new user requirements and features of existing applications. Provide business process support by analyzing and recommending solutions to business processes in order to improve overall business performance. Ensure proper integration and optimization across related systems. Understand business process flow and design. Suggest areas for business process improvement. Develop solutions to meet new requirements. Work with internal customers and providing timely applications support and troubleshooting. Act as liaison between application users and Information Technology professionals. Evaluate practices and processes to ensure applications fit client's needs. Manage competing requests and track varying stakeholder needs. Drive IT related company initiatives and projects to successful completion.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the US without immediate or future sponsorship.
  • At least one year of process improvement experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or another related science or engineering curriculum preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to focus on the big picture as well as be detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Capability to learn new software functionality and systems.
