The Business Applications Specialist, reporting to the Technology Services Manager, assumes the responsibility of overseeing assigned Public Works business application systems to facilitate divisional business processes. We are filling two Business Application Specialists, with one supporting our Lenel badging system and the other will support our Facility force application. These positions will demonstrate their expertise in a range of enterprise applications, providing comprehensive systems support and guidance for the department of Public Works at the City of Virginia Beach. This includes administrating both cloud based and on prem enterprise applications, Public Works Website(s), Power BI, and SharePoint sites. This position offers a remote-hybrid work schedule.
