Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated colleague to lead, support, coordinate, and handle projects and the life cycle of the Of instrument interfaces and Global Empower System for the MedTech site of the business. This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects, improving systems and data management, and delivering efficient solutions to our customers, the Quality Control Labs in J&J MedTech.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, major in Physical /Life Science, or IT is preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years of related experience including at least one of the following: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Engineering, Analytical Testing, or IT, including experience working in Medical Device or other highly regulated industry is required.
Strong Project management skills is required.
Excellent communication and organization skills is required.
Strong proficiency in Excel is required.
Ability to build and cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers and partners in Global Quality Systems, R&D, IT and other Quality functional groups are required.
Availability to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international, is required.

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree is preferred.
Previous experience in Quality or lab Systems is preferred.
Demonstrate medium knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business case calculation is preferred.
Ability to independently manage multiple issues, prioritize and bring up to management when appropriate is required.

Responsibilities

Own the instrument interfacing process with LIMS digital solutions.
Provide oversight and governance for Empower Lab Systems projects to ensure alignment with goals.
Identify and lead initiatives aimed at improving data management, quality, and overall value where appropriate.
Work with internal customers to identify their needs and translate them into actionable projects.
Collaborate with business partners from analyst level to senior management, as well as IT teams, to deliver systems and updates successfully.
Create and maintain system-related documentation (procedures, events, etc.)
Develop and deliver training programs for team members and customers.
Provide ongoing support for system-related issues and complete necessary maintenance activities.
Engage with vendors to offer recommendations for software updates, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that user requirements are met.
Shape the product vision and roadmap, leading the squad toward solutions that have a significant business impact.
Prioritize project backlog by using business expertise and understanding of customer needs; translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Balance business value with technical feasibility when prioritizing features, optimizing costs, and improving delivery efficiency.
