Requirements

  • Terminal degree (or its equivalent) as defined by the academic unit and as appropriate for the position held
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the field or courses to be taught
  • Ability to teach effectively in an online environment.
  • Knowledge of accepted instructional methods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Familiar with computer and other technologies for instruction, such as Blackboard.
  • To be eligible for this position, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Applicants who now or may in the future require visa sponsorship to work in the United States are not eligible.

Nice To Haves

  • Teaching experience in different modalities – face-to-face, hybrid, online synchronous and online asynchronous, as well as ability to use technology to support teaching and learning.
