About The Position

The North American Sales and Business Development Director will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating 5 Regional Sales Managers and 10 Regional Sales Representatives, to increase sales revenue and market share in the water purification systems and laboratory system markets. In this role, it is expected that the Sales and Business Development Director have a HUNTER approach when it comes to driving the sales culture at Elga Labwater. You will have a direct impact on the sales culture, and we are looking for an individual who can drive more sales with current and key distributors, along with finding new direct commercial customers. We want someone who has a hunter first mentality and can help transform and motivate a team into being the best sales hunters possible. This role requires a very strong focus and determination on delivering sales targets and supporting long-term sustainability and growth in the organization by being able to close and identify new business opportunities, including large multi-site commercial and industrial clients in the market for water purification systems.
