The position is for Business and Accounting Adjunct Faculty, where candidates will be responsible for providing instruction focused on teaching and learning to help assure students successfully meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives. Candidates will also participate in professional development activities and campus-wide initiatives to support recruitment, retention, and graduation goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a field appropriate to B&SC curriculum or MBA for Business programs.
• Master's degree in Accounting or a master's in field (e.g. MBA, MS Management) with a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's degree and CPA for Accounting programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction with the focus on teaching and learning to help assure students successfully meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives.
• Participate in professional development activities that develop and enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
• Participate in campus wide initiatives in support of recruitment, retention and graduation goal attainment including but not limited to, monitoring, adjusting (when needed), and assessing classroom program retention/graduation and meeting with program advisors on a regular basis to discuss student performance and academic concerns.
• Fulfill all administrative duties related to instructional responsibility.

Benefits

• Compensation range of $1,450.00- $1,950.00 per class, paid bi-monthly over an 8-paycheck time frame.
