As a Business Analytics Specialist within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit.
Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
Assists senior consultants on gathering detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
Assists senior consultants on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.

Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Running analysis in SAS/Python, processing data, transforming, and creating output for reporting.
• Building reports in Tableau and interpreting results to share with the business to influence strategic decisions.
• Develop relationships across lines of business to understand the business functions, processes, and operations to facilitate reporting custom to the business needs.
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization tools to develop analyses and dashboards that clearly demonstrate the relationship between HR metrics and business outcomes.
