About The Position

The Business Analytics Senior Analyst at Evernorth Health Services plays a crucial role in supporting web-based, self-service reporting tools and applications. This position is designed to provide essential support to core customers, including Account Management, Clinical Account Teams, Financial Analysts, Clients, and Consultants. The analyst is expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring rapid turnaround times on all requests. In addition to daily support tasks, the analyst will engage in business requirement gathering and testing efforts to build solutions that address reporting needs and enhance departmental efficiency. The analyst will also have the opportunity to utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and improve business processes. A solid understanding of SQL relational databases and PBM data is essential for success in this role.
