The Business Analytics Partner role is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, aimed at delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement. The successful applicant will join the Growth Analytics team in Singapore, acting as an analytics translator between business leaders and technical expertise. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including sales, product, technology, and finance, to drive organizational success through data insights.

  • Partner with countries on delivery of analytical insights and embedment of the team’s suite of products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to source large data sets, review and address data quality challenges, reconcile reports, apply business logic and analyze to validate results effectively.
  • Manage initiatives to ensure delivery within timelines.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to implement recommendations for positive outcomes.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with diverse teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders’ expectations and decisions, driving effective change management.
  • Articulate sophisticated concepts clearly to support senior management in data-driven decision-making.
  • Support in conceptualizing solutions, rolling out and testing products.
  • Collect end-user requests and translate them into business requirements for the development group.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance (Financial Planning and Analysis) with a minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in related areas.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders and/or business partnering.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and analyze complex situations to develop actionable plans.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to learn proprietary conceptual models.
  • Team player with pro-active, analytical, problem-solving, critical and innovative thinking skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task, self-disciplined, organized, diligent, with good prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Power Automate, PowerBI, SQL/VBA.
  • Fluency in Spanish for collaborating with international teams.
