About The Position
Shields Health Solutions is looking to hire a Manager of Business Insight, reporting to the Vice President of Analytics, to lead the development of a new analytics suite and lay the foundation for providing actionable, tailored insights to stakeholders. The Manager will collaborate directly with senior Technology, Strategy, and Operations leaders to set the vision for the product, iterate on development, refine its user experience, support developing and execute go-to-market strategy and partner with stakeholders to identify insight in the data. Initially a player-coach, the Manager will lead ETL development of the data warehouse supporting analytics reporting, collaborating with the UX/UI team to develop front end visuals, partnering with business stakeholders to draft requirements and to uncover insight in the data, while training and supporting the growing team.
