The Finance Client team is responsible for reporting client efficiency across Citigroup. The team concentrates on developing effective measures of client return on capital, which is a key area of focus for Citi’s Executive Management Team. This is a global function that advises Citi’s leadership on the effective distribution and utilization of capital by client. We are hiring a Vice President in our Buffalo office to lead our efforts to drive process efficiency. This position offers a significant amount of responsibility, with an opportunity to develop custom strategies on behalf of the team. Team members are involved in business advisory and in translating data into meaningful analysis that is critical in driving actions in various areas of the firm. The priorities of this role are both to produce accurate, complete, timely and well-controlled client level revenues and returns, and to develop enhanced routines to drive efficiencies. This role is responsible for developing new methods for defining, building, and distributing client financials to the firms’ stakeholders and will work closely with the business teams and finance partners to create a single source of truth for client financials across the firm. The “Business Analytics – Lead Analyst” position is expected to analyze operational data, develop and present proposals for improving processes that produce monthly client financials and design upgraded capabilities for reporting and analytics.
