About The Position
The Lab by EvernorthSM is an innovative accelerator focused on delivering market-disrupting insights and solutions through data and analytics. This role is pivotal in identifying and understanding the healthcare challenges faced by clients and members, leveraging intelligence to create actionable solutions. The Enterprise Client Engagement (ECE) team serves as the executive sponsor for Evernorth's largest commercial clients, enhancing client value through a consultative strategy and fostering long-term relationships. The ECE collaborates with C-Suite executives and healthcare leaders to assess their needs, provide relevant products and services, and ensure client satisfaction. Internally, the ECE works across various teams, including Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, Care Solutions, eviCore Medical Benefit Management, Express Scripts PBM, and Cigna U.S. Commercial teams, to maximize client value and drive reliable service. This position also plays a critical role in providing feedback for the innovation of new solutions across Evernorth. As a Business Analytics Senior Advisor, you will bring data and analytics to life in client collaboration sessions, supporting ECE clients and stakeholders. In a fast-paced and innovative environment, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, including analysts, clinicians, researchers, and technologists, to provide insights based on observable trends in enterprise data and client-specific populations. Your responsibilities will include working with large data sets, developing analytics and reporting to reveal macro-level insights, and participating in client meetings and strategy sessions. You will function in a consultative role, providing expertise in business analyst tools and best practices, while also gathering and analyzing pharmacy and medical data to identify trends and report on key performance metrics. Your role will require excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be presenting to various levels of management and promoting innovative solutions. You will also coordinate and lead business analyst tasks across multiple programs and projects, driving the need for productivity and process improvements within the business analytics team.
