Requirements

• An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from complex data
• Effective communicator with experience in data visualization and reporting

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable experience in the professional hair industry by analyzing data to uncover actionable insights
• Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Create visualizations and compile reports to communicate key findings effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance on ad hoc analyses
• Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings to facilitate informed decisions
• Strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills through real-world business challenges
