Requirements

• Preferred majors include Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or any related field.
• Experience with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Data manipulation skills using SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to think analytically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• A self-starter who is eager to learn, acquire new skills, and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on projects that will directly impact the business and help drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with product and sales to build out and support member experience, product launch, pilots, and current product success.
• Use data and analytics to identify and solve challenges in member experience.
• Analyze customer/prospect behaviors and KPIs using analytics tools and make recommendations.
• Support persona and member profiling by creating and designing new data assets.
• Test and document best practices for combining data sources utilizing various ETL tools.

Benefits

• Compensation between $23.50 and $27.00 per hour depending on relevant factors, including major and year of study.
