About The Position

The job profile for this position is Business Analytics Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Accredo Health Group Inc. Responsibilities- • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends, opportunities, and issues; • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes related to pharmacy benefit management, including claims processing, formulary management, and utilization review to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI; • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to translate data into actional business insights for senior leadership and other stakeholders; • Lead efforts to define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to evaluate business performance; • Manage and prioritize multiple analytics initiatives using tools like Wrike or Jira to track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; • Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) that clearly define project scope, functionality, and user stories to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution; • Work with technical teams (e.g., developers, designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications; • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy regulations; • Contribute to the development and enforcement of data standards and documentation in tools like Alation or Confluence; • Participate in meeting with customers to refine requirements; and • Translate many data projects into business presentations and key findings that can be told effectively to stakeholders and leadership. • Partial work from home benefit available. • The base annual salary for this position is $111,925 with standard company benefits. Qualifications- • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computers & Engineering, Analytics, Business, Public Health, or a related field; • 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related occupation; • Or in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience; • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel) to display advanced, interactive dashboards and reporting; • Experience extracting and analyzing large healthcare claims data using Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SAS, Teradata, Databricks; • Experience identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in data sets through descriptive and multivariate statistics; • Experience using MS project, Confluence, and JIRA; • Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS or MS Azure; • Experience managing project documentation and tracking issues, changes, and requirements; • Experience staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) landscape, and proposing innovative solutions; • Experience working collaboratively and partnering with departments across a matrixed organization to ensure deliverables are accomplished; • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery to clients and members; and • Experience developing actionable insights from reporting and analytics, and presenting to non-technical business partners and stakeholders. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
