The Research Informatics Operations (RIO) team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Analyst II to coordinate, manage and support the information system needs of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) research community. The Business Analyst II will join the clinical trials information systems operations team in RIO and will focus primarily on the design, delivery and support of electronic data capture (EDC) solutions. Incumbent will work on complex projects, collaborate with high-profile users, support day-to-day operations of assigned RIO applications, and be responsible for providing education on system workflows and functionality. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Manager of Service Operations and the RIO Management team.
