The business analytics team within VGM HOMELINK works with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Successful business analysts possess the ability to identify and design effective solutions for complex problems, understand needs and effectively communicate technical issues, ensure applications work as intended, develop innovative and user-friendly solutions, and stay current with evolving methodologies and technology. There are various ways to progress within a business analytics role pending experience, knowledge, and education. The Business Analyst I position in VGM HOMELINK is a mid-level position on the business analytics team. The ideal candidate will have completed a position as a Junior Business Analyst, internship, bootcamp, or have equivalent experience in the various responsibilities necessary to be successful in this role. This position supports HOMELINK by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and material to key stakeholders, development teams, system architects, BA team, and the QA team.
