About The Position
As a Business Analyst at Compass, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality delivery across our product portfolio. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner, and development teams to define, refine, and communicate business and technical requirements that lead to user-centric, scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the triage and prioritization of incoming work, collaborating with QA to reduce defects, and maintaining essential documentation to empower internal teams such as Customer Support and Customer Success. This role spans multiple project teams, focusing on execution aligned with strategic market and product objectives.
