About The Position
As an experienced Business Analyst at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with teams to design and implement functional systems and data processes. This position allows you to work in a supportive environment where you can share innovative ideas and contribute to projects without the extensive travel demands typically associated with consulting roles. You will be part of the Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), which focuses on long-term, onsite client service delivery, ensuring that you can build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include researching data definitions, usage, and flow to gain expertise in existing systems, as well as creating new business processes that enhance efficiency. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal assistance, demonstrating expert troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and escalate problems when necessary. Your role will also involve diagramming complex business processes and data flows, creating business cases that provide cost-effective solutions, and proactively driving changes to systems based on thorough business impact analyses. In this position, you will serve as a functional lead during the technical implementation of solutions, making decisions based on complex analyses that may impact firm systems. While you will not have direct reports, you will lead cross-functional teams to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication with Engagement Managers, project team members, and various functional and technical teams will be essential, as you will need to summarize complex information and clearly convey it to firm leadership.
