Business Analyst Tampa, FL | 6 - 10 years of experience 30-Apr-2025 Job Description Business Analyst • The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements for the Credit Risk area. Primary focus will be on Basel 4 related • Understanding of Risk & Controls domain is highly required. • Good knowledge in Banking & Finance domain is desirable. • Translate requirements into Functional Requirement Document [FRD] and/or Minor Development Document [MDD]. • Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize, and receive formal signoffs from approvers • Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams. • Analyze data using Excel, reports, and other tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results • Collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation. • Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations. Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, validate & coordinate requirements for the Credit Risk area. • Primary focus to Gather, clean, and prepare requirement documents. • Work from client locations, attending customer meetings regularly. • Strong Knowledge of Agile Environment.
