The location in Fort Mill, (South Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Business Analyst. This job is full-time permanent. Reporting to the Director, Business Analytics, the Business Analyst oversees the identification and definition of key performance indicators, metrics and business intelligence reports required to support multiple corporate functions and business partners. The BA will also be responsible for the design of accessible data structures incorporating multiple data sources and systems. The BA works with leadership and the business to develop necessary tools to track performance against identified metrics to make informed decisions. The BA identifies problems and opportunities and work towards solutions that will help achieve company goals.
