Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
• Experience working with remote teams is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of client's business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve overall business operations
• Support the project management team in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of projects
