Job Description: Business Analyst Key Responsibilities: Workday Transition Support: o Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, HR technology teams, and Workday implementation partners. o Gather and document business requirements related to Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, etc.) in the context of the Banamex transition. o Analyze current-state Workday processes and configurations to identify required changes for the new Banamex environment. Data Migration & Validation: o Collaborate with data teams to define data migration requirements, mapping rules, and data transformation logic. o Support data validation, testing, and reconciliation efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the new Workday instance. o Work closely with HR Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management & Communication: o Work with global and regional HR partners, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables. o Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to gather input, present findings, and drive decisions. o Document and communicate business process changes, system impacts, and training needs for HR and business users. Testing & Deployment: o Define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to Banamex Workday go-live. o Partner with QA and development teams to track and resolve defects during testing cycles. Change Management Support: o Contribute to change readiness planning, including process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer sessions. o Identify potential risks and dependencies related to the transition and contribute to mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and partnership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HRIS or Workday-related projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR technology implementations or transitions.
  • Familiarity with Workday configuration, reporting, and data structures strongly preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale system migrations or organizational separations is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, etc.).
