About The Position

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is a private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and management of value-add manufactured housing and self-storage assets. Since its inception in 2014, the Firm has raised over $300 million in equity capital and currently has over $600 million in assets under management. Their in-house management company is a leader in asset management, blending property management and service provisions to simplify everyday life. The team comprises over 50 professionals in the corporate office dedicated to the in-house management of 120+ assets, and over 150 property level staff members. The firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to a fast-moving private equity firm. The Business Analyst will work directly with the acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to support data analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives across the portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Academic or internship exposure to real estate, finance, or investment analysis
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI)
Basic SQL or database skills
Understanding of real estate fundamentals (cap rates, NOI, occupancy analysis)
Experience with CRM or property management software

Responsibilities

Assist in compiling market research, property comparables, and due diligence materials to support the acquisitions team
Help maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards that track portfolio performance across the manufactured housing and self-storage assets
Support senior team members in preparing internal summaries and investor updates
Help document operational processes and assist with data entry and record-keeping across asset management functions
Collaborate with team members across acquisitions, finance, and property management on day-to-day tasks and projects
