We are looking for a strategic business analyst to identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead the implementation of data-driven solutions.   • Create and maintain business performance dashboards and KPI tracking reports within current data visualization tool, DOMO
  • Lead the development of financial reporting within Power BI
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting business operations
  • Perform statistical analysis and trend identification to support data-driven decision making
  • Develop and execute data validation procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Assist with data gathering for month end close process, automating tasks where possible
  • Help with quarterly board meeting information and analysis preparation
  • Support the estimating team by assisting with improving and further automating the model
  • Assist the CFO in improving consistency in month-end reporting across all geographies
  • Map current state business processes using standard notation (BPMN, flowcharts)
  • Design future state processes and calculate ROI for proposed improvements
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and track implementation success metrics
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to align business objectives
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Work with the IT department to coordinate system integration testing between multiple platforms and applications
  • Validate data migration accuracy during system implementations
  • Support post-implementation system monitoring and issue resolution
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting with data modeling and streamlining the process across all geographies/locations
  • Develop business cases for new technology investments or process changes
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend adaptive strategies
  • Support merger and acquisition due diligence activities
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in business and/or IT solutions
  • 3+ years of comparable work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office products - intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand ERP and business intelligence software
  • Experience navigating a large ERP environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally and act as a liaison with all other departments
  • Ability to adapt and strive in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central and Power BI is preferred
  • Knowledge of DOMO or other business data visualization tools
  • Curiosity to learn and use AI as it becomes prevalent in day to day business operations
